  “I have dealt with damp specialists in the past & haven’t been able to recommend one until now. I received TIMKON details from a friend who regularly refers them within their company who deal with property maintenance. I found TIMKON very helpful, polite & consistent throughout the whole process. They were very accommodating & understanding whilst making arrangements for the works with the tenant over the Christmas period to minimise disruption. Lisa of TIMKON managed the process & gave me realistic time frames as to when the works would start & finish. The onsite team were clean & efficient & completed the work on time. Additional works were required & the team returned & completed items as agreed. Lisa was very supportive, patient & highly knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to deal with & the company business seemed highly organised & coordinated. I would not hesitate using TIMKON again. Keep up the good work! :@) “

  Timkon have been fantastic and I would highly recommend them. From their initial quote they left us feeling like we were in safe hands and that a high quality job would be completed. Communication from the whole team was excellent and Gary and Dan, who completed the work, were incredibly friendly, efficient and took care to be very clean and tidy! I sought out quite a few quotes and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Timkon above them all for value and thoroughness
