  My cousin is cared for by this house,she has lived here for years,compared to cuts and clients needs changed over the years,staff have had to give more support to some clients,their dedication has always been a high level of care,if I feel I need to raise a small queries it is acted a pond straight away,I recommend this house,for the standard of care,the food and quality of care,clients are happy my Cousin always dressed nice,her needs are met,and she is very independant,choice is given even down to her jewelry which she loves and stall offer her choice,it's so reassuring to see her smiling face when I visit,because of staff all the clients all the clients look happy and contented,and nd I am always given a warm welcome even if I go at short notice very proud of the support from the staff
