- Ben Cannon Review added: 2018.02.03★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Had a number of error messages on the car & the OBD reader said that a specified sensor was faulty. They changed the sensor & billed an hour which was fair, but charged an additional hour's labour just to read the fault code from the reader. Not the approach I usually encounter from independent specialist garages over the years who will plug the reader in, see what the issue is, then if it points to an obvious simple problem, fix the fault & charge for the fix and not charge an additional hour for a few minutes with the fault reader.
When I called the owner he tried to explain the charge by saying the car had been collected / delivered & they always charge minimum 1 hour for diagnostics. Not made aware of any of this when booking in.
Left frustrated by the extra charge and unsatisfactory explanation
